The count of TCP connections in closing state.
What is axTcpProxyStatTCPClosingState?
This Counter32 tracks CLOSING state connections, where both sides initiated shutdown simultaneously. Rare in normal operation; elevated counts indicate connection closing race conditions or simultaneous FIN transmission. A value above 50 suggests network asymmetry or uncoordinated shutdown between client and proxy.
