What is axSysHwFan3Speed?
Measures the third fan's rotation speed in RPM (Integer32 value). This allows continuous health monitoring of the cooling subsystem to prevent device overheating. A typical healthy value of 4000 RPM shows the device is maintaining proper airflow; below 2000 RPM indicates imminent failure risk.
