What is axSwitchStatsARPReqRcv?

This OID counts incoming Address Resolution Protocol requests, which resolve IP addresses to MAC addresses. High counts help identify ARP scanning, IP sweeps, or unusual discovery patterns that may indicate reconnaissance activity. A spike from 100 to 50,000 ARP requests in one minute could signal network enumeration or a misconfigured host repeatedly seeking an unreachable IP.
