What is axSslProxyStatsSessNotFound?

This INTEGER records how often the proxy receives traffic for an SSL session ID that no longer exists in its session cache. Engineers monitor it to detect session table overflow, premature cache eviction, or out-of-sync proxy instances in a cluster. Frequent misses degrade performance because clients must renegotiate instead of resuming cached sessions.
