What is axServerPortMonitorState?
This OID indicates a server port's administrative and operational status as an enumerated value (0=disabled, 1=up/enabled, 2=down/enabled). Engineers monitor this to verify that configured health checks are detecting port failures and automatically excluding unhealthy backends from rotation. A value of 2 means the port is configured to accept traffic but actively failing health checks.
