Number of TCP SYN cookie send attempts that failed.
What is axNetStatTCPSYNCookieSntFail?
This Counter tracks failed attempts to send TCP SYN cookies during flood defense. Failures occur when kernel buffers are exhausted or the appliance lacks resources to respond. One or two failures under extreme attack is normal; persistent failures suggest you need appliance upscaling.
