What is axNetStatEntryTCPOutRSTNoSYN?
This counter tracks TCP RST (reset) packets sent in response to data arrival without a prior SYN handshake. Such resets protect against half-open connection attacks and enforce strict protocol compliance. A count of 200 RSTs might indicate either port scanners probing the device or misconfigured clients.
