The HA retries when time out.
What is axHATimeoutRetry?
This read-only INTEGER sets how many consecutive heartbeat misses occur before the standby device declares the primary failed and assumes control. Multiple retries prevent false failovers from transient network glitches. For example, a retry count of 3 means failover occurs only after 3 missed heartbeats, providing stability during brief network hiccups.
