What is axHATimeoutInterval?
This read-only INTEGER specifies the heartbeat interval in milliseconds between HA peers to detect link failure or device unavailability. Shorter intervals trigger faster failover but consume more bandwidth; longer intervals reduce overhead but delay failure detection. A typical value of 3000 milliseconds (3 seconds) balances responsiveness with network efficiency.
