1 module from SCTE HMS

SCTE HMS is the cable industry's Hardware Management System standard, not a single vendor, so its four modules are vendor-neutral MIBs meant to be implemented across cable headend and HFC network equipment from many manufacturers: a common headend module (temperature/alarm logging), equipment identification (type, vendor, firmware revision) with its own textual-conventions module, and a property MIB for installation-site/asset data and per-property alarm thresholds. The recurring focus is environmental alarms and equipment identification for headend/hub-site gear - amplifiers, fiber nodes, line monitors, transponders, and power supplies - rather than any one product line. Come here if you're managing SCTE HMS-compliant cable headend or HFC equipment and need the standard identification/alarm-threshold MIBs common across vendors rather than a manufacturer-specific one.
