1 module from Northern Telecom

The one module here, NORTEL-MIB, is Nortel Networks' (formerly Northern Telecom) top-level enterprise root MIB, defining only the OID namespace and top-level registration subtrees under which the many legacy Nortel/Northern Telecom product MIBs elsewhere in this database (switches, routers, telephony platforms) actually register their objects. It carries no runtime data objects, notifications, or tables of its own — it exists purely so those other Nortel-lineage modules resolve correctly. Come to this page only when you need to understand where a specific legacy Nortel product MIB's OID branch fits in the overall Nortel enterprise tree, not when looking for actual device telemetry. Because Nortel's product portfolio was later split and acquired piecemeal (Avaya took the enterprise/telephony/switch lines, others went elsewhere), the functional MIBs that actually hang off this root may appear filed under those successor vendors' canonical pages rather than here.

ModuleDescription
NORTEL-MIBDefines the Nortel Networks enterprise OID root and top-level registration subtrees for Northern Telecom legacy MIBs.
