3 modules from Fortinet
Fortinet's MIBs here map one-to-one onto its Forti-branded product family: FORTIGATE for the core firewall/UTM appliance (SD-WAN health checks, HA cluster status, firewall policy stats, security traps), plus dedicated modules for FortiSwitch, FortiADC, FortiAnalyzer, FortiAuthenticator, FortiMail, FortiManager, FortiSandbox, FortiVoice, and FortiWeb, all built on a shared FORTINET-CORE-MIB base. Each product-specific module's monitoring data matches that product's job — mail queue/antispam stats for FortiMail, attack statistics for FortiWeb, sandbox file-analysis stats for FortiSandbox — rather than one generic security-appliance schema reused everywhere. Come here whether you're monitoring a FortiGate firewall or one of the other Forti-appliances in a Fortinet deployment, since each has its own dedicated MIB rather than sharing FORTIGATE's objects. Two legacy FORTIOS-300/FORTINET-300 modules exist for older FortiOS 3.00-era FortiGate firmware, so if you're on very old hardware check those instead of the current FORTINET-FORTIGATE-MIB.
| Module | Description |
|---|---|
| FORTINET-300-MIB | Fortinet legacy SNMP MIB for firmware version 3.00 products providing base system and interface management objects for older FortiGate devices. |
| FORTINET-CORE-MIB | Core MIB shared across all Fortinet products, defining common system configuration objects, trap definitions, and base OIDs imported by product-specific MIBs. |
| FORTIOS-300-MIB | Fortinet FortiOS version 3.00 SNMP MIB providing firewall policy, interface, session, and routing management objects for legacy FortiGate appliances. |
