Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: The last member query interval for the Upstream part on a particular VLAN. The Last Member Query Interval is the Max Query Response Interval inserted into group-specific queries sent in response to leave group messages, and is also the amount of time between group-specific query messages. This value may be tuned to modify the leave latency of the network. A reduced value results in reduced time to detect the loss of the last member of a group.

What is zyMldSnoopingProxyUpstreamVlanLastMemberQueryInterval?

The last-member query interval, in milliseconds (1-8387584), for the upstream side of this VLAN: the response window used in group-specific queries sent after a leave, and the spacing between those queries. Lowering it, per the DESCRIPTION, reduces how long it takes the proxy to detect that the last member of a group has actually left.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> ZYXEL-MLD-SNOOPING-PROXY-MIB::zyMldSnoopingProxyUpstreamVlanLastMemberQueryInterval

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.890.1.15.3.51.3.6.1.5.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> ZYXEL-MLD-SNOOPING-PROXY-MIB::zyMldSnoopingProxyUpstreamVlanLastMemberQueryInterval.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.890.1.15.3.51.3.6.1.5.1 i <value>
