This object exists to receive a write specifying the interface name of the clock whose Wait-To-Restore state should be cleared; per the MIB, reading it back has no real meaning, only setting it does. An admin writes this alongside zxr10SSMWtrClkType and zxr10SSMWTRFlag to identify which specific clock's WTR hold-off to clear.
