What is zxr10SSMOutClkCfgBits?

This selects the signal format the BITS (Building Integrated Timing Supply) output produces: a framed 2 Mbit/s signal (the default) or a 2 MHz clock signal. An admin sets this to match the input format expected by the downstream BITS timing equipment.
