zxr10P2mpTeHopAddrUnnum

Module: ZXR10-P2MP-TE-MIB

OID (symbolic): ZXR10-P2MP-TE-MIB::zxr10P2mpTeHopAddrUnnum

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.3902.3.6000.205.2.12.1.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Unsigned32

Access: read-only

Description: If zxr10P2mpTeHopAddrType is set to unnum(4), then this value will contain the interface identifier of the unnumbered interface for this hop. This object should be used in conjunction with zxr10P2mpTeHopIpAddr which would contain the LSR Router ID in this case. Otherwise the agent should set this object to zero-length string and the manager should ignore this.

What is zxr10P2mpTeHopAddrUnnum?

The interface identifier of the unnumbered interface for this hop, meaningful only when zxr10P2mpTeHopAddrType is unnum, used together with zxr10P2mpTeHopIpAddr which in that case holds the LSR's Router ID. Admins use this to specify a hop over an unnumbered link, where a plain IP address alone can't identify the specific interface.
