What is zxr10ethernetOamGlobalEnable?
This read-write switch (disnable(0)/enable(1)) turns 802.3ah Ethernet OAM on or off globally for the ZXR10 switch. An admin enables it before configuring per-interface OAM link monitoring or remote loopback features, since those depend on OAM being active system-wide.
