What is zxr10LogMsgText?

This value carries the text of a notified log message, up to 255 bytes, with longer messages truncated to 254 bytes plus a trailing '*' to indicate truncation. An admin reads it, within a log notification, to see the actual human-readable content of the event the device is reporting. For example, receiving a trap where this text ends in '*' tells the admin the full message was cut off and the complete log entry should be checked directly on the device.
