What is operLogTimeStamp?

This read-only value records the timestamp at which this operation log entry was created. An admin uses it to order operation-log entries chronologically when reconstructing the sequence of administrative actions taken on the device. For example, matching this timestamp against a known outage window helps determine whether a particular command coincided with a service disruption.
