MacAddress binding this ONU registration entry to a specific MAC address, with the source DESCRIPTION noting it relates to 'mpcp protocol' (EPON's Multi-Point Control Protocol, which every ONU uses to register with the OLT). Admins set this to lock a subscriber's service to their specific ONU's MAC address, preventing unauthorized device swaps.
