Description: The index value that uniquely identifies the physical character port to which this signal belongs. The port identified by a particular value of this index is the same port as identified by the same value of charPhysIndex.

What is charInPhysIndex?

The index identifying which physical character port an input-signal-table row belongs to, matching the same value as charPhysIndex for that port.
