Description: This entry is use to create (set to `true'). The value of the field remains to `true' until creation is completed or has been aborted.

What is xconProceed?

Setting this to TRUE actually triggers the configured xcon creation or deletion; it stays TRUE until the operation completes or is aborted, giving an admin a way to poll for completion of the atomic operation.
