What is wwpRadiusClientRoundTripTime?

This read-only TimeTicks value reports, in hundredths of a second, the round-trip time between the most recent Access-Request sent to this server and the matching Access-Reply or Access-Challenge received. Admins use it to gauge the responsiveness of a RADIUS server, since a growing round-trip time can signal server overload or network congestion before authentication failures start occurring. For example, a wwpRadiusClientRoundTripTime consistently over 500, meaning 5 seconds, would prompt the admin to investigate the RADIUS server's load or the network path to it.
