wwpRadiusClientAccessRetransmissions
Module: WWP-RADIUS-CLIENT-MIB
OID (symbolic): WWP-RADIUS-CLIENT-MIB::wwpRadiusClientAccessRetransmissions
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6141.2.11.1.1.3.1.6
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: Counter32
Access: read-only
Description: The number of RADIUS Access-Request packets retransmitted to this RADIUS authentication server.
What is wwpRadiusClientAccessRetransmissions?
This read-only Counter32 counts the number of RADIUS Access-Request packets that had to be retransmitted to this authentication server. A high retransmission count relative to the initial request count indicates packet loss or slow responses on the path to the server, prompting admins to check network health or server load. For example, if wwpRadiusClientAccessRetransmissions climbs sharply while wwpRadiusClientTimeouts stays low, requests are eventually succeeding but only after multiple retries, suggesting marginal connectivity rather than outright server failure.
