What is wwpLayer4FilterDstPort?
This object specifies the transport-layer destination port that traffic must match to be blocked by this filter; a value of 0 means the destination port is ignored when applying the filter. An admin uses it to block traffic aimed at a specific service port without needing to know the client's source port. For example setting this to 23 blocks traffic destined for the Telnet service port.
