This value defines the bitmap of ports allowed to receive egress traffic from a given source port within a given VLAN, implementing per-port/per-VLAN Egress Port Restriction (EPR) so traffic entering on one port can only exit through an explicitly permitted subset of ports rather than flooding the whole VLAN. A network administrator uses this to enforce traffic isolation, for example letting client ports only egress toward an uplink port rather than to each other. For example, setting wwpERestEgreesPorts to a bitmap containing only the uplink port would restrict a given source port's VLAN traffic to exit solely through that uplink.
