What is wwpTelnetEnableClient?

This object controls whether users logged into the device are permitted to Telnet outbound from it to other Telnet servers on the network, defaulting to enabled. Admins disable this to prevent the device itself from being used as a jump point to Telnet into other systems on the network. For example, an admin securing a device in a sensitive segment would set this to disable(0) to block outbound Telnet sessions initiated from the device's console.
