What is wrsPtpInstanceAsymEnabled?
Whether link-asymmetry correction is enabled for this instance (na/disabled/enabled). Needed because White Rabbit's picosecond accuracy assumes a symmetric fiber path; enabling this lets the instance correct for a known asymmetric link, for example different fiber types for Tx and Rx.
