wrsPortStatusSfpError

Module: WR-SWITCH-MIB

OID (symbolic): WR-SWITCH-MIB::wrsPortStatusSfpError

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.96.100.7.6.1.12

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Problem with SFP configuration. Port has to be always 1GbE. Port has to be in data base as long as support WR.

What is wrsPortStatusSfpError?

Combined SFP health check requiring the port to be both 1GbE and a recognized, in-database SFP: sfpOk, sfpError (fails one of those checks), or portDown. An admin treats this as the one field to alarm on instead of separately checking wrsPortStatusSfpGbE and wrsPortStatusSfpInDB.
