wrsFaultLR

Module: WR-SWITCH-MIB

OID (symbolic): WR-SWITCH-MIB::wrsFaultLR

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.96.100.7.1.2.5

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: OCTET STRING

Access: read-only

Description: The link register register at last panic. This is usually the caller of the function that failed, but it may be a local register if the failing function saved lr to the stack and used it as a scratch register.

What is wrsFaultLR?

The link register value captured at the last panic, typically the address of the function that called into the code that failed. Read together with wrsFaultIP to reconstruct roughly where in the firmware a crash occurred, without needing console access at the time of the event.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.96.100.7.1.2.5
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> WR-SWITCH-MIB::wrsFaultLR

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.96.100.7.1.2.5.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> WR-SWITCH-MIB::wrsFaultLR.1
