What is wrsBootLoadFPGA?
Result of loading the FPGA bitstream at boot, with fileNotFound(4) distinguishing a missing gateware image from a general loading failure (error). fileNotFound tells an admin the issue is a missing or misnamed file on flash rather than a corrupted load.
