Description: Indicates whether the Agent is currently out of operation. This may be caused e.g. by geographical location change (moving out of active areas / active zones) or by entering any other inactive operating mode (standby). This object has also to be sent within the changedParameterEvent notification, so the manager is able to track the operational state (availability status) of the Agent. The Manager has to consider that if this object is true, the Agent may not send any further notifications/alarms and may not accessible via remote connection until the Agent comes back to operation. If the Agent does not support geographic location identification and any other inactive operation modes, always false should be responded.
