E.g. 'LA,123,12,67890,1234', 'LA,321,21,456,'

What is basicAgentLocationIdentification?

Reports the agent's geographic location as either raw GPS coordinates ('GPS,<lat>,<lon>') or its wireless modem's serving cell identity ('LA,<mcc>,<mnc>,<lac>,<ci>'), or an empty string if neither is known, letting a manager track a mobile device's whereabouts.
