alarmThresholdScale

Module: WIRELESS-INNOVATIONS-PRODUCTS-MIB

OID (symbolic): WIRELESS-INNOVATIONS-PRODUCTS-MIB::alarmThresholdScale

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.331.1.2.1.1.2.11.1.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Integer32

Access: read-only

Description: This is the scale factor for the referenced threshold entry and only applies to simple thresholds. The value should be 0 in the case of a complex threshold. Otherwise, this number is a base 10 exponent value.

It applies to the following values: - alarmThresholdStepValue - alarmThresholdMinValueAllowed - alarmThresholdMaxValueAllowed - alarmThresholdActValue All these values are multiplied with alarmThresholdScale power of 10.

E.g.alarmThresholdActValue is 125 and alarmThresholdScale is -1 ==> real actual value is 12.5

What is alarmThresholdScale?

Gives the base-10 exponent applied to this threshold's step/min/max/actual values; e.g. an actual value of 125 with a scale of -1 represents a real value of 12.5, and the scale is 0 for complex (non-simple) thresholds.
