What is vSerialLAPBEnabled?
Read-only flag showing whether LAPB encapsulation is enabled on this serial port, i.e. whether data messages on this link carry LAPB framing. An admin checks this when the far end expects a specific WAN encapsulation and the link isn't establishing.
