What is vpnRouterTunnelChannelOperativeStatus?
This value reports the channel's detailed current state, from 0 (disconnected) through connecting/disconnecting states to specialized states like connectedtooslow, connectedstalled, or error (8). An admin uses these fine-grained states to distinguish a channel that is merely reconnecting from one that is bonded but performing badly (too slow or stalled), which normal up/down status alone would not reveal.
