What is vpnRouterMode?

This value reports the router's operating role: 0 for a regular Node, 1 for a Hub, 2 for a Hub acting as hot spare, or 3 for a hot-spare hub actively replacing another router. An admin checks this after a hub failover to confirm whether the hot-spare unit has actually taken over hub duties.
