usrPPPBundleTxTotalLineBytes

Module: USR-PPPML-MIB

OID (symbolic): USR-PPPML-MIB::usrPPPBundleTxTotalLineBytes

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.11.2.1.1.17

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Counter32

Access: read-only

Description: The total number of bytes that sent to a lower layer application for transmission over this bundle. This counter represents all data to be handed down to the lower layer application AFTER compression takes place. The value of this object is meaningful only when the link has reached the open state (usrPPPBundleOperStatus is up).

What is usrPPPBundleTxTotalLineBytes?

Counter32 giving the total bytes actually sent to the lower layer for transmission over this bundle, measured after compression; meaningful only once the bundle is open. Use it with usrPPPBundleTxTotalOrigBytes to calculate real-world bandwidth savings from compression on this bundle.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.11.2.1.1.17
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> USR-PPPML-MIB::usrPPPBundleTxTotalLineBytes

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.429.4.11.2.1.1.17.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> USR-PPPML-MIB::usrPPPBundleTxTotalLineBytes.1

SNMPv3 example:

snmpget -v3 -l authPriv -u snmpv3-user -a SHA -A "AuthPassword1" -x AES -X "PrivPassword1" <target> usrPPPBundleTxTotalLineBytes.1
