What is usrFCNIRegUpdTimer?
Number of seconds the PDSN would wait before retransmitting a Registration Update when no Registration Acknowledge has arrived, tunable 1-300; per the MIB this object is not currently implemented. It appears read-only here despite describing what would otherwise be a configurable retransmit timer.
