What is usrFCNIRegReqTimer?
Number of seconds the PDSN waits before retransmitting a Registration Request to the FACN when no Registration Reply has arrived, tunable 1-300 seconds. Marked deprecated in this MIB, so treat it as legacy configuration rather than something to rely on in current deployments.
