Description: The value of sysUpTime at the time the test in progress was initiated, or, if no test is in progress, the time the previous test was initiated. If the value of upsTestResultsSummary is noTestsInitiated(6), upsTestStartTime has the value 0.
What is upsTestStartTime?
This object records the value of sysUpTime at which the current or most recent diagnostic test was started, and reads as 0 if no test has ever been run. Admins use it alongside upsTestElapsedTime to determine how long a test has been running or when the last one was initiated, useful for scheduling or troubleshooting stalled tests. If sysUpTime showed 120000 ticks at the moment this value was captured, that's the point at which the currently in-progress test began.
