Description: The present bypass current.
What is upsBypassCurrent?
This value gives the magnitude of the current presently flowing through the UPS's bypass circuit, in tenths of an RMS amp. Since bypass mode routes utility power directly to the load without battery conditioning, admins watch this to confirm how much load is being carried unprotected when the UPS is bypassed. A reading of 50 (5.0 amps) while the UPS is in bypass would tell an admin how much current the connected equipment is drawing straight from utility power.
