What is ulpbOperLinkIdleTime?

This OID reports the currently active link-idle timer value, in 0.1-second units, actually in effect on this LAPB link, where 0 means the idle timer is disabled. An admin compares it to ulpbAdmnLinkIdleTime to confirm the running configuration matches what was set.
