What is ulpbAdmnRecKWindowSz?
This OID configures the maximum number of unacknowledged I-frames (default 3) this LAPB will receive before it must send an acknowledging RR. An admin raises this to improve throughput on higher-bandwidth links at the cost of larger unacknowledged windows.
