What is ubiCpuOneMin?
This value reports the device's CPU busy percentage measured over the last 1 minute. An admin uses it as a medium-term view of CPU load, smoothing out very short spikes while still reflecting recent activity. For example, an admin diagnosing sluggish device response would check ubiCpuOneMin to see if sustained CPU load over the past minute is the likely cause.
