What is ubiCpuAlarmValue?

This value carries the CPU usage percentage, measured over the configured ubiCpuLoadTimePeriod window, included in a CPU threshold notification. An admin reading a received CPU trap uses it to see exactly what CPU usage level triggered the alarm, without needing to separately poll the device. For example, a ubiSysRscCpuRisingNotification trap carrying a ubiCpuAlarmValue of 95 would tell the admin CPU usage was at 95% when the rising threshold was crossed.
