What is ubiSystemDateAndTime?
This read-write DisplayString (up to 20 characters) holds the system date and time as a string, per its description. Admins can read it to check the device's current clock setting or write to it to manually synchronize the chassis time when NTP is unavailable. For example, an admin might set it to a string like "2026-08-27 10:15:00".
