What is nvwScanCurrConn?

This object reports the current number of connections actively being scanned in real time by the appliance's network-virus-wall scanning engine. An admin monitors this as a live load indicator, since a value consistently near the appliance's rated capacity signals the scan engine may be a bottleneck for overall throughput. For example, a reading of 850 concurrent scan connections during a peak traffic period versus 50 overnight illustrates the typical daily load swing.
