What is ndDetectionVlanId?
This is the VLAN ID key, 1 through 4094, used to index a row in the ND Detection VLAN configuration table, identifying which VLAN a given ND Detection enable/disable setting applies to. Admins set this when creating a new per-VLAN ND Detection entry to scope IPv6 neighbor discovery inspection to a specific VLAN rather than the whole device. For example, an admin would enter VLAN 20 here to create an ND Detection entry that only affects traffic on that VLAN.
