What is ethernetOamRmtLbCfgReceivedRemoteLoopback?

This value controls whether the port will honor or ignore a remote-loopback OAMPDU command sent by the far-end OAM peer, using ignore(0) or process(1); per the source, remote loopback lets the local entity request the remote entity to loop packets back for troubleshooting. An administrator sets this to process(1) temporarily when they need to allow a remote technician (e.g., an ISP) to loop-test the link, and to ignore(0) otherwise to prevent unwanted loopback interruptions. For example, setting this to process(1) on a customer-side port lets the carrier's test equipment successfully put that port into loopback for line testing.
